Cinch-Loc and flanges are added to a previously serged border gusset on our pillow top gusset maker PCL-1000 Cinch-Loc Pillow Top Machine (a variation of PTS-100)

Close border section to form a loop (bucket). Attached single-sided bed decking. SSB-500 Single-Sided Bed Binder

(BS 401-300 binder if flange is not used at base of border)
Border bucket is arranged inside-out and laid on top of the mattress core. Bottom flange is attached with staples or glue (skip this step if flange is not used).
Entire unit is flipped over and Cinch-Loc gusset flange is secured to foam encasement.
Cinch-Loc drawstrings (Memory Cord) are pulled tight, forming the corners, and secured by hand.
